Talent Paid-Service Terms

These terms apply to the optional paid talent services offered through the Match portal, including CareerIQ™ Certified and CareerIQ™.

1. Optional services only

These services are optional. You do not need to buy them to create a talent account, keep your account active, search jobs, apply for roles, or use the core free talent journey.

Employers, not candidates, pay Match for recruitment services. Paying for an optional talent service does not buy job placement, priority treatment, guaranteed interviews, guaranteed offers, or guaranteed submission for any role.

2. Services covered by these terms

  • CareerIQ™ Certified Paid and Premium tiers
  • CareerIQ™
  • Related optional coaching, validation, reporting, or profile-support outputs described at checkout

3. What you are buying

The service description, price, and included outputs shown on the portal checkout page form part of your agreement with Match. Prices are one-off charges unless the checkout page states otherwise.

4. Delivery after payment

Some services start immediately after payment because portal access, reports, validation workflows, or coaching preparation can be activated straight away. By accepting these terms at checkout, you ask Match to begin delivering the service as soon as payment clears.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may contact Match within 14 days of purchase to cancel an optional paid service. If delivery has not started, Match will refund the charge in full.

If you asked Match to begin the service during that 14-day period and Match has already started providing access, personalised outputs, validation work, coaching preparation, or other purchased elements, Match may reduce any refund to reflect what has already been delivered. Once the service has been fully performed after your request for immediate delivery, the right to cancel ends.
